Asamkele Jabe founded Empowerment Solutions Group after building his career in the skills development industry. He holds a Diploma in Business Management and has worked as an SDF consultant and specialist for more than 8 years, with hands-on experience across roughly 80% of South Africa's SETA systems, handling reporting, administration, and applications in almost every one of them.
Every industry works differently, which is why Asamkele personally oversees Quality Assurance at ESG, checking that applications are processed correctly, that staff understand each client's portfolio, and that nothing goes to a SETA without being right the first time. When the work involves other people's funding and grants, there's no room for guesswork.
Before founding ESG, Asamkele grew into the role of Operations Manager at Ikhwezi, where he built training structures and led consulting teams, experience that shaped how ESG runs today.
