Empowerment Solutions Group Pty Ltd was established in 2020, a continuation of Ikhwezi Consulting and Facilitation, which our Director built from 2011. Same expertise, same commitment, new name.
Our Focus
Our work covers SDF consultations, linking your company to the correct SETA, placing learnerships and internships, and managing funding applications across every SETA, discretionary grants, mandatory grants, and inter-SETA transfers, plus the skills audits and training needs analyses that back them up.
Our Mission
We want to be the partner companies turn to when they're ready to grow through skills development. Just as important, we want to open doors for disadvantaged candidates, helping them move into real employment, transform their sectors, and lift themselves and their communities out of poverty.
